Accepting these terms
These terms apply to your use of intrendzmedia.com (the "site"), operated by InTrendz Media, a proprietorship registered in India ("InTrendz Media", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it at scale, introduce malicious code, or use it to send spam.
Engagements for our marketing services are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
Tools and calculators
The Growth Lab tools are free and provided for general information. Their results are estimates based on published models and the inputs you provide. They may not reflect your actual results, and you are responsible for decisions you make using them. See our disclaimer.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, tools, code, graphics and the InTrendz Media name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, print and share pages for your personal or internal business use, with attribution. You may not copy, republish, sell or create competing products from our content or tools without our written permission.
Embedding our tools
Where we offer embed code, you may embed that tool on your website free of charge, provided you keep the tool unmodified and keep the attribution link to InTrendz Media visible. We may change or withdraw embeds at any time.
What you send us
When you contact us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please don't send confidential information through the contact form; we will arrange a suitable channel if a project requires it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Third-party links and ads
The site contains links to other websites, and ads served by third parties. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices. Affiliate links, where used, are labelled.
No warranties
The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies from the date it is posted on this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
