The anatomy of a good block
A strong block has four parts: a direct statement, a supporting fact, a condition and a next step. The first sentence should work alone if an engine quotes only that.
Before and after
Before: "There are many things to think about with ad budgets, and it really depends on your goals." After: "A good starting ad budget is 10 to 15 percent of revenue for growing brands. Adjust it after eight weeks using your break-even ROAS and cost per lead."
The second version states a range, gives a timeframe and names a check.
Edit for reading ease
Use short words and keep sentences under 25 words. A Flesch reading ease score above 50 is a practical goal for business topics. Cut filler such as very, really and in order to.
Place blocks across the page
Use one block under the H1 and one under each question heading. Follow each block with the detail, tables and examples that support it.
